Meet our creative founders

We are Andreas and Raphael – facilitators, drivers, enablers, challengers, adventurers and above all: Trailgazers.

In early 2024, we turned our dream into reality by founding the company Trailgazer KLG. As long-time managers at Swiss International Air Lines Ltd., the two of us not only share a successful professional history but also a passion for innovative and disruptive workshops.

We love to engage people, to surprise and to wow them, to make them laugh and to jointly create magic.
We regularly tank our pixie dust and seek inspiration and new ideas from renowned institutes such as Disney Institute, Design Thinkers Academy, Lufthansa Innovation Hub and more.

Both of us hold academic degrees in the field of innovation, Raphael with a Master in Business Development and Promotion from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Andreas with a Master in Digital Management and Design Thinking from Hyper Island London. Previous education of Raphael focused on communication sciences while Andreas holds a teaching diploma.

In our private lives we both love adventures, navigate through unknown terrain, embrace new challenges, like sports of all kinds and are full of energy.

During our workshops, participants dive deep into the problem space, working together to generate innovative solutions that are both desired by the end user and technologically feasible, all while keeping your business goals in mind.
In addition to hands-on activities, we supplement our workshops with insights from leading institutions, providing a rich tapestry of facts, figures, and inspiring stories to enhance the experience.

Our clientele includes company boards, leadership circles, operational teams from diverse industries worldwide. We also provide training sessions for schools and offer train-the-trainer programs. Additionally, we're excited to partner with you to host workshops for your customers.

Our sessions accommodate groups ranging from 4 to 100 participants and are conducted in both English and German. We encourage participation from a variety of backgrounds and hierarchical levels, as well as involving your end-users throughout the process. We're happy to recommend the ideal setting and location tailored to your needs, and we're equally pleased to deliver workshops directly at your premises.
